Marathon Pace Band for a 3:30:00 Finish

A 3:30 marathon is a popular goal for experienced recreational runners. Wrist pace bands help you hold steady splits through the middle miles when fatigue and crowds make it easy to drift off pace. This printable PDF gives you mile-by-mile cumulative times based on an even-pace plan.

Cut along the dashed line on the wrist strip and secure it with athletic tape or a sweatband. The full reference table below is handy at the expo or in your gear bag if you want a larger copy. Remember: the maths assumes you run every mile at the same speed — hills, heat, and aid stations will shift your effort even if the clock stays on track.

Mile splits suit races with mile markers on course. For metric signage, switch to kilometre splits in the controls or open a km-specific preset.
